Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using QuizNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. QuizNow is operated by QuizNow, based in England.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 16 years old to use QuizNow. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content & Conduct

Users may create custom quizzes, upload profile pictures, and utilize messaging features.

• Content Rules: You may not upload, share, or transmit any content that is strictly 18+, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, illegal, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Moderation: All user-generated content (including quizzes, display names, and messages) is subject to community moderation and admin oversight. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice.
• Licensing: By generating public quizzes, you grant QuizNow a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the application.

5. "QuizNow Supporter" Subscriptions

QuizNow offers an optional auto-renewing subscription tier ("QuizNow Supporter") providing premium features.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your subscription.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to QuizNow immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuizNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
